How Climate Change Mitigation is responsible for the sustainable future of humanity

The term ‘Climate Change Mitigation’ is not a heavy term to be understood while googling it but its true implementation is not easy at all for the whole human society. The reason behind this is that we took our Home; IME for granted and hence now it is a long way to go to get natural fresh air to inhale at earth. But…it is not irreversible yet which is still a blessing for humanity.

Do these terms CCM and sustainable development are inter-related..?
